Thank you for sharing this. Before we move forward with troubleshooting, I’d like to gather a few details to understand the situation better and isolate the cause:

 

Device and OS

  • Are you trying to print from an Android phone, iPhone, Windows PC, or macOS device?

App or Method Used

  • When you tap the share icon, are you using the HP App or another application (like a browser, PDF viewer, or photo gallery)?

Printer Connection

  • Is your printer already added and connected in the HP App?
  • Is the printer connected via Wi-Fi or USB?

Printer Model

  • Could you confirm the exact printer model you are using?

Other Printing Options

  • Can you print successfully from the HP App directly, or is the issue only when using the share icon?

Once we have these details, we can pinpoint whether this is an app integration issue, a connectivity problem, or a setup step that needs adjustment.
