Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's remove and add web services:
To remove Web Services using the embedded web server (EWS) 1. Open EWS. 2. Click the Web Services tab. 3. From the left menu, click Web Services Settings, click Remove Web Services, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
To set up Web Services using the embedded web server (EWS) 1. Open EWS. See To access and use EWS. 2. Click the Web Services tab. 3. From the left menu, click Web Services Settings. 4. Click Setup, select the relevant option or button to continue, and follow the on-screen instructions to accept the terms of use. NOTE: If prompted for proxy settings and if your network uses proxy settings, follow the on-screen instructions to set up a proxy server. If you do not have the proxy details, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the network. 5. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.
To open EWS (embedded web server), go to page 44 and 45: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07762999.pdf

HI Betty I tried the steps below to turn off web services and turn back on and still I am not having luck. I was not prompted for any proxy settings and none were detected when I clicked that button. Once I reconnected to web services I clicked to print info page. It brings up a loading window for 2 to 3 seconds but then nothing prints or happens after that. Is there anything else to try? The regular print info page works but not the print info page under web services. That is the one I need though from what I understand to have the eprint feature working.
Thanks,
Domenic

Let's restore the network settings:
To restore the printer network settings from the printer control panel 1. Press and hold the Information button for 5 seconds until the control panel buttons light up. 2. Press the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel button at the same time for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks blue.
Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi again.

HI Betty--
I went through process to restore network settings and still I have the same issue whereby the print info page under web services does not print when I click on the button.
What other troubleshooting options are there to try? I bought this printer specifically to be able to use the eprint and I have not yet been able to successfully get it to work.
Thanks!
