I just bough a new HP Deskjet 4100 series and it wont let me print things from my laptop.  It will do the alignment test and the status report but when it comes to printing my files it wont do it and the Pinter Queue Issue diagnosis appears and with the test print that it gives it doesn't print that out either.

I understand you are not able to print from your computer. To assist you better,

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Are you using the HP Smart app to print?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
