Hi there I hope you clever people can help me.

i am trying and failing miserably to print media Upto 530mm in length through my printer.

i have an old HP 1102 which printed past the maximum 356 mm length that hp advises it will print too. But on new machines the media stops as it passes through the machine.
is there anyone out there that can help me solve this please.

thanks in advance

This printer is only designed for letter size paper, ot will not even print legal size. That you were able to do that on your older printer suggests you were either using 3rd party drivers or there was a bad sensor.

thanks for your reply however the hp1102 will print longer lengths than stated. I have used hundreds of them over the years and always with standRd HP drivers And not having faulty sensors.
but thanks for your input
