Print options some times shows up on my phone and other times it doesn't, Why?

HI, I set up my new printer. Everything was working, I had the option to print through HP Smart or Print. Most of the time I use the Print option  I was able to print from my phone. My husband was able to print from his phone.. But now the print option does not show up. The only option showing up is HP Smart. Why would that happen? Any suggestions?

Which phone do you have? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the HP Smart App and tried?
