Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer

HP Smart shows my printer online.  The network configuration page says internet is Not Connected.  HP Utility does not show the printer at all.  It does not appear when I try Add Printer.  I ran Diagnose and Fix and the message I got said that print cue issue is not fixed--whatever that means.  It will not do a Test Print from that page; the Print Center says the printer is offline.  I am using a MacBook Air running macOS  Sonoma 14.2.1.
