I have spent 4 hours with your HELP instructions and tried many times to follow  them, BUT NO PROGRESS.  This printer is old but worked well a few weeks ago.  I replaced the black ink cartridge.  Color is on order.  I replaced the router because the old one seemed to be malfunctioning.  My MAC is now connected to the new router but PRINTER cannot connect.  I tried pushing verious buttons and turning off everything.  NOTHING WORKS.  Instructions generated by the printer are worthless.

HP Recommended

New routers are 5GHz wireless band, old printers are 2,4GHz wireless band and the old printer can't connect to the new router.

Make sure your new router has both 5GHZ and 2,4GHz wireless band enabled.
