Hello,
I have a new Deskjet Plus 4130. I have 3 laptops at home and 2 of them successfully connected to the printer, but 3rd one does not want to print. It is strange that scanning is working but printing doesn't. I tried whatever I can, remove and add again the printer, downloaded driver, using HP doctor, HP smart.
HP smart shows that it is ok, ready, connected, but test printing isn't working. When I press printing the printer start some actions, i.e. looks like printhead is moving, but no result.
Last thing I tried is HP Easy Start, it doesn't help either.
I had 3525 before and also had issues with connections, but HP doctor helped me many times. Now I'm desperate.
Thank you.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
Let's add a printer using a TCP/IP address:
Search Windows for and open Change device installation settings, and then make sure Yes (recommended) is selected.
Place the printer and the computer near the Wi-Fi router.
Connect the printer to the same network that your computer is connected to.
Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Power button on the back of the printer for five seconds until the blue bar flashes. Within two minutes, press and hold the WPS button on the router until the connection process begins. The blue bar stops flashing when the connection completes.
Wired (Ethernet) network connection: Connect the network cable to the printer Ethernet port and to an available port on the router or access point. At the printer port, the green light should be steady and the orange activity light should blink.
In Windows, search for and open Add a printer or scanner.
Click Add a printer or scanner, and then wait for Windows to locate available printers.
If your printer is found, click it, and then click Add device to complete the driver installation.
If your printer is not found, continue with these steps.
Click The printer that I want isn't listed.
In the Find a printer by other options window, select Add a printer using TCP/IP address or hostname, and then click Next.
Select Autodetect from the Device type drop-down.
Find the printer IP address.
Most printers with a touchscreen control panel: Find the IP address on the Wireless Summary screen or in network settings.
Most inkjet printers without a touchscreen control panel: Press the Wireless and Information
buttons at the same time, or press the Wireless and Start Copy Black
buttons at the same time. A report prints that lists the IP address.
Touch and hold the Information button until all control panel buttons light up, and then touch the Information and Resume
buttons at the same time. A report prints that lists the IP address.
Type the printer IP address, click Next, and then follow the instructions to install the driver for your printer model.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
