Product: Envy 5600 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Desk top computer converted to Windows 11, then back to Windows  10. Printer can print wirelessly (from phone) Cannot print from computer. Says: Printer Cannot connect to web services. Try later. Have installed, reinstalled --- can't print from computer. Help? Thanks
