Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I have tried all Print & Scan Doctor suggestions and a few of my own, to no avail. 

The wireless cannot connect.  Please advise.  Thanks

Is this a new printer setup or did the problem happen when got a new internet provider?

Thanks much for your input.  After great frustration, I found out what happened to the WiFi and repaired it myself.  Always love a good challenge!  Built my 1st computer from scratch when I was 60 years oldb now 77 and still going strong!  Love my computers. 😊😌😊
