Hi @hstclair97 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code EBS00P0010 on an HP Envy 6000 series printer typically indicates a communication issue between the printer and the wireless network. Here are steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check Wireless Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer and laptop are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Verify that the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough for both devices to communicate.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off both the printer and your laptop.
  • Wait for a few seconds and then turn them back on.
  • Attempt to connect the printer again.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Make sure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Visit the official HP support website, enter your printer model, and download the latest firmware updates.

Printer Network Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless or network settings.
  • Check and ensure that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  • If needed, re-enter the Wi-Fi password.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Uninstall the printer software on your laptop.
  • Visit the official HP website, download the latest drivers and software for your printer model, and reinstall them.

Disable Firewall/Antivirus:

  • Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software on your laptop that might be blocking the connection.

Reset Printer Network Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, find the option to reset the network settings.
  • Perform a network reset and then set up the wireless connection again.

Check IP Address:

  • Make sure that the printer has a valid IP address assigned by your router. You can check this in the printer settings.

Router Settings:

  • Access your router settings and ensure that it's not blocking the printer's connection.
  • Make sure that the router is configured to allow connections from the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
