Product: HP DeskJet 2922 All-in-One Printer

Please help. Recently, I have been unable to print from MS Word. The error message says Unable to Connect. The printer shows it is on my WiFi network and can print test pages. All health checks say the printer is working correctly but it clearly isn't. Can anyone help me please?

Before doing online repair, ensure you have account in which microsoft 365 or word is registered as it may need full reinstall. So, verify that your Office license is associated with your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services

Thank you for these suggestions but nothing has worked. I managed to get onto a WhatsApp chat with some rather unhelpful staff - and am still here over 18 hours later. Wish me luck!
