Hello,
I have just purchased an Envy 7224e printer, that I want to connect to a PC running Windows 10 64 bits, using a WiFi connection.
At the vendor shop, we configured it using HP Smart, and everything went fine.
Back home, no way to connect this printer to the PC, the printer remains off-line.
I suspect this is because the Wifi network at home is different from the network at the vendor shop,
and the printer is not aware of this new network (new SSID, new security key).
What should I do to correct this situation ?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Hello,
I followed your recommendation, looked in the User Guide (I should have done that before...), configured my WiFi network from the printer panel, and the printer went on-line.
Thank you for your support.
