Hi! I have an OfficeJet Pro 9010 printer which suddenly started to give me the following message: Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink. The funny thing is this printer is enrolled in Instant Ink.
When I hit the hide button it takes me to a screen to Align the Printhead. When I hit CONTINUE it will forever spin and say that it is printing the alignment page, but nothing ever prints. I can't get it to move from this screen to any other screen.
I have tried to restart the router, printer, and my computer numerous times (in this order) and I still haven't progressed to a new screen on my printer. My printer does indicate that it is connected to the wifi (something it didn't do before).
When I go to my computer settings it says that my printer device is set as my default, but that the driver is unavailable.
Can anyone give me some advice as to how to reconnect my printer? The warranty on this device has expired and I have tried all avenues that I know of.
Thank you so much!
