HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One Printer

The printer worked fine until last Friday. I was trying to print some labels. I received an error message that indicated the printer was not available and went into a pause mode. There was a fiber guy working on the fiber lines on Main Street.  So, I shut down for the day. I tried to continue on Saturday but got the same message. I have not been able to get the printer to work since then. Keep getting the same message. I checked the router, and it tells me that I am connected.  I clicked on the setting icon on the printer, and it tells me I am not connected to the internet. I was chatting with a Tech. this morning and she wanted to access my computer. I had a dental appointment and didn't have time to do that. She gives me a number and told me to call back. I didn't get a chance to write the number down.  I have been trying to but don't know how. I have hearing problems', have only one working eye, Parkinson deses. Type II diabetic, 86 yrs. old and computer Illiterate. I need help.  You should have my email address on file.
