my touchscreen is broken so I usually use the app on my iphone to print what I need. However, I just moved and cannot connect my printer to the wifi network and I do not know what to do? the app is not accepting my laptop or iphone IP address so I do not know how to find the IP address for the printer to connect it to my wifi. Can anyone please help? My printer is out of warranty, but still works great I just need to know how to find the IP address so i can connect the printer to my wifi

@KieshaC, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to connect the printer to the wireless network.
The IP address and the network info can be found on the Network Configuration Page
-
On the printer control panel, touch the Setup icon.
-
Touch Tools.
-
Swipe down the display, and then touch Network Configuration Page.
A Network Configuration Page prints up to three pages of information.
However, the printer has to be connected to the new network. Without the display, it cannot be done.
You may use a USB cable and then convert it to wireless. Refer to - Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hey Kumar0307, After being told at the store they would have to order a USB cord (as they don't keep them in stock) I just bought another printer of a different brand. However, it did come with a USB cord so since I have to find a place to "safely" dispose of the HP printer I will try connecting the USB cord to see if that helps with the wireless issue and let you know. Thanks for trying though.
