Hi good days,

I need your support.

We have HP Laserjet 700 Color MFP M775 printers in our office.We created special printer HPAC DRA server  and add them in one group in order to using them with smart card.We also bought license and license will expire in 2038.Everything was working perfectly,once users supplied their domain name and password with cmart cards,credentials saved in server.

Last 2 month suddenly some printer started to not working.Even if credentials are correct the error message come 'The credentialls you supplied are incorrect'.We tried restore confiogurations,uninstall and install HP agent non of them worked.

Can you provide us with any solutions ?
