Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new MFP 135W printer keeps failing to connect to the local WiFi.Works perfectly via USB cable, however, the other computer cannot print on it as it cannot connect.
WiFi light keeps flashing not matter what I try.

Have also tried HP Smart.
Manual says that computer/laptop/mobile should be connected to the same network, but how to do it if the printer cannot connect.
Printer has created a temp WiFi network and I managed to connect laptop to it and was able to see the settings.
However, I was not able to find where to enter local WiFi credentials.

Please advise what to do, really need to use the printer with both computers (USB and WiFi).
Cannot believe I got faulty one.

My router does not support WPS.

Make sure you have 2.4Ghz wi-fi band, because the printer can't connect to 5GHz band
