I replaced the ink cartridge in my printer last night and now it is not connecting to the internet.  I want to restore the factory settings but don't know how to.

@AFullerton, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the printer and network settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count or tray size. To restore the printer to the factory-default settings, follow these steps:

  1. On the printer control panel, press the button.
  2. Open the following menus: ● Service ● Restore Defaults
  3. Touch or press the OK button. The printer automatically restarts.

For more info on resolving wireless issues on the printer, refer to page 184 of the user guide.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
