I understand your HP LaserJet MFP M140we is showing as "Printer Offline – Check Account" on your Windows 11 device. This issue typically occurs when the printer is enrolled in HP+ and requires the user to be signed in to their HP account to complete setup or validate access.
Please let us know if have you registered the printer with HP Instant Ink or an HP All-In-Plan account.
