Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I have a new wifi network, so I restored the printer to factory settings, then connected to the new network. When I try and print, my printer notification (on my computer) says that the printer is offline. But, the printer itself indicates that it IS online. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi Sandy! I ended up deleting the printer and re-installing is again and it worked. The printer is super finicky.
