Hi

I have an HP Envy 6022e printer connected via wi-fi to my Windows 10 PC which has worked quite well for the last few years.  Quite often it goes offline and if I pull the plug on the printer and reconnect it, it connects to the PC and all is well.

 

However, today I am unable to print anything. The HPSmart app tells me the printer is offline again. I pulled the printer connection cable and re-inserted it but still showing offline and getting no connection.

The HP printer is showing a pulsing purple status colour which means it is in wireless setup mode  and the wi-fi blue icon is also flashing but still no connection is completed.

Any help would be appreciated.
