I have an iPhone 13 as does my wife. I replaced my printer several months ago and since then each DAY the first time I print I get the following warning "Security Warning - The HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 (previous printer 8610e) appears to be different....printer or connection may not be trustworthy......Tap Continue." I get this the 1st time each day that I print. I have removed all software and removed the printer from my phone and laptop, reinstalled and still have the same issue. THe router has been changed since the issue started, The ISP and Apple cannot come up with a solution. Now for the kicker, my wife's phone does NOT have the same issue. We are on the same network, same phone (iphone 13) same IOS 14.1.1 Sonoma. Printer has been removed from the router, and reinstalled on the network. Looking for cause and solution.
Thanks

Hi @hg47,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
This printer is not compatible with IOS, Sonoma 14.
Try with a different OS and see if that works. If not the printer may need service.
However, let's try a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
