@Spain1003, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

That sounds frustrating! 😞 If your HP Deskjet is showing errors and saying it’s not connected to the internet, try these steps to get it back on track:

Restart the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back in.
  5. Turn on the printer.

Check Printer Connection

If using Wi-Fi, restart your router and printer.

If using USB, make sure the cable is securely connected.

For Wi-Fi, reconnect the printer by pressing and holding the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the light starts blinking, then run HP Smart on your computer/phone to reconnect.

Restart Print Spooler (Windows):

  1. Search services in the search box. Open the service menu.
  2. In the list, find Print Spooler.
  3. Right-click Print Spooler and click Restart.
    1. If it’s stopped, click Start instead.
  4. Close the window. Check if the issue persists

Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Go to Control PanelProgramsPrograms and Features. Find and uninstall any HP printer software.
  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and download the latest drivers. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the drivers.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue
