Hi @VigneshRK54,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for contacting us regarding your HP DeskJet 3637 All-in-One Printer and its current inability to connect via laptop, smartphone, or the HP Smart app. The message on your Printer Information Page, "This printer is not connected to the internet," confirms that the device is not yet joined to your Wi-Fi network, which is required for wireless printing and HP Smart setup.

Step 1: Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode

Let’s get your printer ready for reconfiguration.

  1. Turn on the printer
  2. Press and hold the Wireless button and Cancel button together for 5 seconds
    • This will reset the wireless settings and place the printer into Wi-Fi setup mode
  3. Wait until the Wireless light starts blinking blue

Step 2: Use the HP Smart App to Connect

Now use the HP Smart app to reconnect the printer.

  1. Ensure your laptop/phone is on the same Wi-Fi network you want the printer.
  2. Open the HP Smart app
  3. Tap “+” Add Printer or “Set Up a New Printer”
  4. The app should detect the printer in setup mode
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect it to your Wi-Fi

Step 3: Confirm Internet Connection

Once the setup is complete:

  • Print the Network Configuration Page again
  • It should now say: "Connected to the Internet"

If not, try restarting your router, then redo the steps above.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
