Our printer suddenly stopped working for us. Only the power button lights up now and nothing else. I have tried pressing X, info, wifi. I have tried unplugging and restarting everything. Initially the WIFI light would blink but wouldn't do anything else, even when I tried pressing it with the X button. It said unable to connect to WIFI, however our internet is working just fine. There is no way for me to do a factory reset as the virtual assistant suggested. It has worked perfectly fine up til now.
