I have had the HP Office Pro printer for two years now through the All-In plan. Have had a few issues but nothing that wasn’t easily resolved. I am entitled to an upgraded printer but in attempting to upgrade, learned that the Office Pro is no longer available in the plan. The closest printer available is the eco-tank which does not have near the amenities of the Office Pro so is clearly not an upgrade. Customer service was useless and could provide no information. My only choices are to continue to continue to pay the full cost monthly on a printer entitled to an upgrade or go elsewhere. I couldn’t justify the lack of viable options so I cancelled my service and switched to Epson. I strongly suspect the All-in program will be going the way of the dodo bird.
