Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My officejet pro 8600 plus used to work with web printing but stopped one day. I’ve tried to activate the web services again but have had no luck. Everytime I try, I get a message on the printer saying that web services could not be enabled. I have opened up my firewall thinking that it was preventing the printer from working. Any suggestions?

Error message before FULL HARD RESET

A full hard reset as described here solved the problem:

I think it could be important to have the account registered before installation. But I would recommend to HP adding some more "debug information" in the EWS. This problem took me several hours to figure out.
