I need to connect my printer to a new Wi-Fi connection. HP will not allow me to connect it. It says the printer must be turned on. The printer is on and the blue Wi-Fi button is blinking.

Hi @Fredajoy,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
The blinking blue Wireless light indicates that the printer is not connected to the new Wi-Fi network. Please restore Wi-Fi Network setup mode and add the printer again:
- If the printer is in sleep mode and the Ready light is dim, press the Resume/Cancel button to wake it.
- Press and hold the Wireless button for more than 20 seconds, or until the Attention light starts blinking.
- Release the Wireless button. The printer restarts, and the blue Wireless light begins blinking.
- Open the HP app on your Windows 11 computer.
- Remove the existing printer entry if it still shows the old connection, then select Add device or the plus sign to add the printer again.
- Follow the prompts to connect the printer to the new Wi-Fi network.
Return to the HP app and begin adding the printer as soon as the Wireless light starts blinking, preferably within 15 minutes. Wi-Fi setup mode remains available for up to two hours.
Make sure the computer is connected to the new Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth is enabled, and any VPN connection is temporarily disconnected during setup. The HP LaserJet M110w Printer Setup page confirms that the HP app completes the printer setup and connection.
Take care and have an amazing day!
