Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

When I try to print from the app on my phone or Ipad the printer always shows as unavailable and takes an age before it becomes available and I can print, any suggestions?

Please uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.

 

Does this also happen with a Computer?
