HP ENVY 5032 All-in-One Printer

I have a HP ENVY 5032 Printer. I have just changed broadband provider, I reset everything as usually do on the printer and laptop. Unfortunately I now can't print anything. I have run the checks on the computer, it said the printer could not be contacted over the network, so I downloaded HP Print and Scan, it ran all the checks and sorted the problem, it successfully printed a test page - all good. Until I tried to print something from the laptop, it says the printer is off line???

Can anyone help please??? I pay for HP Instant ink and am unable to use the printer. I'm not technically minded but have done all of the suggestions from the virtual agent and can get not further. I really need to speak to someone but the warranty is out on my printer. I am sure I have managed to speak to support previously as my warranty had been out for several years!!! I have issues with the printer and laptop not communicating every few months but have always managed to eventually solve the issue. Someone please help. 🙂
