Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7255e All-in-One Printer

My printer is asleep and touching the screen or sending a print command does not wake it. I have uninstalled and installed the software.

Have you made any changes to your printer software or sleep mode?

 

Go through this article for further assistance and see how it goes. 

 

Update firmware if not done already by selecting your current OS. Click here
