Product: HP OfficeJet 4652 All-in-One Printer

My printer is connected to my Wi-Fi, and my iPhone, and MacBook Pro is also connected to the same Wi-Fi. However, when I try to print from my phone

 the printer cannot be located. When I try to print from my MacBook, the printer is located, and I can select it; however, when I submit the printing job, it gets stuck and says the printer cannot be located.

I have tried restarting my printer several times as well as restarting my computer. I am not sure what the issue is. Please help!
