Product: HP ENVY 4507 e-All-in-One Printer

The printer is online but I keep getting the message HP Instant Ink cannot contact Printer.  Please try again later or check your settings.  Any suggestions please.  I have several browsers, no change.

Has been running GNU/Linux (xubuntu and then Mint LMDE) with no problem for years. Same when trying with Windows. Everything suggests this is a server issue on HP side. Last update was early June. Impossible to connect since at least one week.

Note: same result when trying to connect from the printer itself or from the HP website.

Scan works fine (printer on wifi).
