Product: HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One Printer

The printer cannot connect to the internet. On the printer display panel, there is a red crossed circle next to the IP address. I've tried turning off the printer, the Mac book, the router and restant. Nothing works. Can anyone help me please.

Hi @Connie860 , Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Let us try to tackle this issue using the steps below-

 

  • Disable the guest network(if any) as it is not compatible
  • Try connecting the printer directly  to the router
  • Reset network settings on the printer and try
  • Check the distance between the router and the printer
  • Check for printer firmware Update.
