Product: office jet 6500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After using printer a few days ago my printer is not finding wireless connection.  Our router will not even come up on the set up wizard.  All of our other devices are connected with no issue and we have not made any changes.  I have tried all the stuff suggested by the virtual assistant and everything I have ever tried in the past, uninstalling, turning everything off etc.

HELP!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Select Setup, select Network, and then select Restore Network Defaults.

 

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi again.
