I installed a new network. I can’t get my ENVY 6055e to connect to the new network.

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?
 

Steps to Reconnect Your Printer

1. Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode

  • Make sure the printer is powered on.
  • Press and hold the Wireless button (at the back) for about 5 seconds.

2. Wait for Setup Indicator

  • The light bar will blink, then turn solid purple or blue.
  • This indicates the printer is ready for setup.

3. Open HP Smart App

  • Launch the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.
  • Click “Add Printer” or tap the plus (+) icon.

4. Reconnect to Wi-Fi

  • Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
  • Enter the Wi-Fi password to complete the setup.

Restart Everything: Restart your router, printer, and computer if the app cannot find the printer.
