Product: Officejet 3830
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have the OfficeJet 3830 printer. I use Apple computers, phones, etc.  The printer cannot find my wireless network. It is located in the same room as other devices which can easily find the wireless network. The printer does find the wireless networks of my neighbors. Any help is much appreciated!

Did you make any changes in your wi-fi setup like changing the wireless router?

 

The printer only supports the 2,4GHz band, make sure if you have a new router that the 2,4GHz band is ON.

Thanks for that tip - my network is 5 GHz. I'll switch and try again.
