My printer will not connect to web services. I’m trying to scan a document to my email.

@Deno46, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

If you have not made any changes to the printer settings, kindly wait for 24-48hrs and try again as this could be an issue with the HP Server.

 

If the issue persists, restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

Follow the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
