HP ENVY 6022e all in one printer 

 

so i changed my wifi router and I dont understand how to update the printer with the new wifi login details. Can also not find the info anywhere. This is probably a very normal problem since people have to change their router sometimes. The printer is currently useless.

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Update the firmware. Click here
