Hi @Jessica0077,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP DeskJet 3752 is connected to WiFi but not the internet, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check Network Connection:
- Ensure that your WiFi network is working properly and that other devices can connect to the internet. Sometimes, network issues can affect only specific devices.
Restart Your Devices:
- Turn off the printer, router, and any other networking equipment.
- Wait for about 30 seconds.
- Turn everything back on, starting with the router, then the printer.
Reconfigure WiFi Settings on the Printer:
- On the printer’s control panel, navigate to the Wireless Settings menu.
- Select “Wireless Setup Wizard” or a similar option to reconnect to your WiFi network.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to re-enter your WiFi credentials and reconnect.
Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Check the HP website or HP Smart app for any available updates.
Check Router Settings:
- Ensure that your router is not blocking the printer’s MAC address. You may need to log in to your router’s settings to check this.
Use the HP Smart App to Troubleshoot:
- Open the HP Smart app and select your printer.
- Look for any troubleshooting options provided in the app and follow the instructions.
Check Printer’s IP Address:
- Print a network configuration page from your printer’s control panel to check its IP address.
- Make sure the IP address is valid and not in conflict with other devices on your network.
Reset Network Settings:
- If none of the above steps work, you may need to reset the network settings on the printer to factory defaults and set up the connection again.
