Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have had an issue trying to print.  The printer is printing a test page with no problem but it seems to think it's not connected to the wi-fi?  On my settings it is connected and the purple light looks fine on the printer?  The printer shows a flashing (i) symbol and a red cross.  This has all happened only since I stopped having the hp instant ink subscription??  Can anyone offer advice?  I've turned it on and off but I am not really capable of much else!  Thanks
