Hi @Anyone423,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you've recently changed your internet service or Wi-Fi network, you'll need to reconnect your HP printer to the new network. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you set up your HP printer on the new Wi-Fi network:

Prepare for Installation

Check Requirements: Ensure that you have a computer connected to the same wireless network that you want your printer to connect to. Access to the internet is also required.

Power On Devices: Ensure that both your computer and router are powered on.

Prepare the Printer: Set up the printer, load paper, and install any required ink or toner cartridges.

Start the Software Installation

Download Software: Go to 123.hp.com/setup and enter your printer model to download and install the HP Easy Start software.

Initiate Installation: Click on "Install HP Easy Start." If prompted, stop at the Connect window during the setup process, but do not click Continue yet.

Restore Default Wireless Settings on the Printer

  1. Restart Wireless Setup Mode:

    • Make sure your printer is powered on.

    • Press and hold the Power button.

    • While holding the Power button, press the Start Copy Black button twice, and then the Cancel button three times.

    • Release the Power button. The wireless light should blink, indicating that the wireless settings are reset.

Complete the Software Installation

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi:

    • On the HP installation Connect window, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.

    • When the Connection Options screen appears, select "Wireless - Make a wireless connection to the printer," then click Next.

Selecting Wireless - Make a wireless connection to the printer and then clicking Next

  1. Choose Setup Method:

    • If prompted, choose either "HP Auto Wireless Connect" or "Wireless Setup Using a USB Connection."

    • For HP Auto Wireless Connect, select Yes to send and store your wireless settings on the printer and click Next.

    • For USB connection, connect a USB cable from your computer to the printer when prompted and complete the setup.

      I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
