Hi @Riteshkumarseth,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble connecting your HP Smart Tank 515 printer to your Wi-Fi network, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue.

Check Wi-Fi Credentials:

  • Make sure you have the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
  • Double-check for any typos in the network name or password.

Printer Placement:

  • Ensure that the printer is within the range of your Wi-Fi router.
  • Avoid placing the printer in areas with significant interference, such as near other electronic devices or thick walls.

Wi-Fi Signal Strength:

  • Check the Wi-Fi signal strength on the printer. If the signal is weak, try moving the printer closer to the router.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart both your printer and Wi-Fi router. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

Network Configuration on Printer:

  • Access the printer's control panel or menu and navigate to the wireless or network settings.
  • Check if the printer is set to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  • Re-enter the Wi-Fi password if necessary.

WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):

  • If your router supports WPS, you can try using it to connect the printer to the Wi-Fi network. Follow the WPS setup instructions in your printer manual.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Reset Network Settings:

  • As a last resort, you can reset the network settings on the printer and set up the Wi-Fi connection again. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
