Product: HP6978

My printer continuously shows that it is off line.  I have rebooted my router, it worked for one print, then now showing off line again.  I do have HP Smart, it will show off line, I will do a trouble shoot to fix problems.  The printer goes back online for one print then goes back off again.  It will not scan either.  I have tried downloading the new drivers, but that did not seem to work either.
