I have an old HP Envy 6255 wireless printer that indicates that it is connected to my Wi-Fi but I cannot print anything on it either from my iPhone 13 or my new Apple Pro computer. All three devices are connected to the Wi-Fi. Do I have to do anything to the printer to connect it to my other devices or replace the printer.
Since I have a subscription to HP cartridges, what other replacement Printers would be compatible with my computer and iPhone?

Hi @Tenia,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Printer Status: Ensure that the printer is turned on and has enough cartridges and paper loaded. Sometimes low ink levels or empty paper trays can prevent printing.
Reboot Devices: Turn off your printer, MacBook Pro, and iPhone 13. Then, restart each device and try printing again.
Reconnect to Wi-Fi: Ensure that your printer is correctly connected to your Wi-Fi network. You might want to reconnect it by going to the printer's network settings and selecting your Wi-Fi network again.
Update Drivers and Firmware: Visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers and firmware for your HP Envy 6255.
HP Smart App: Ensure you have the HP Smart app installed on both your MacBook Pro and iPhone 13. Use this app for printer setup and troubleshooting.
AirPrint Setup: If printing from your iPhone, ensure your printer is AirPrint-enabled. Check compatibility and settings to confirm AirPrint functionality.
Network Settings: Verify that all devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that there are no network restrictions causing a block.I hope this helps.
