HP Officejet 4635 e-All-in-One Printer

two weeks ago (prior to the printer being moved to a different desk, same room) it worked fine. Now it only prints from materials on my desktop. My wifes phone and laptop are unable to send to print, or it comes out as a partial print (about every 5th line).

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Are the printer and other devices on the same network?

 

Update the Firmware

 

Meanwhile, Perform the steps from this document Fixing Poor Print Quality
