Product: HP ENVY 5052 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I keep receiving the following error message when I try to print something: "printer cannot run the Web Access Test." I've followed every instruction received on how to correct this problem, including disconnecting all cables and reconnecting them, resetting the printer to the original manufacturers settings, reconnecting to the wireless internet router, etc. Nothing works, plus HP Inst-ink keeps sending me emails to reconnect my printer
