My printer will not shut off. It has an error code B83479E6. It is the HP Office Jet Pro 9015 All-in-One

I have unplugged it and waited 60 seconds several times. We are printing a menu from our phones, and when the phones can't find the printer, we turn it off and back on to reset it. This time, the error code showed up and won't go away.

I understand that you are getting a B83479E6 error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer to fix the issue.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
