I have an HP Envy 5530 printer  I  get the message on the printer window of B4EBA 341. I ran the trouble shooting and it doesn['t help,

2. Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer and carefully check for any paper jams or foreign objects that could be causing the error. Remove any obstructions you find.

3. Inspect Cartridges and Printhead

  • Ensure the ink cartridges are properly seated and not empty.
  • Remove the cartridges and check for any visible damage or misalignment.
  • If possible, clean the printhead gently with a lint-free cloth.

4. Reset to Factory Settings
